The blurred lines in the photo on the billboard give a driver the illusion of motion
at a high rate of speed. I really think this is a very creative way to accomplish this.

The multiple images in this piece suggests the stick figure in an anticipated state of motion in the first frame, which then goes on to a full jump. The frames of the stick figure were added in by the animator to give more of an illusion of fluid motion.

The blurred lines of the people in the foreground clearly show that they are dancing and moving.
